We are a full service real estate brokerage firm located in downtown Burlington. Unlike most firms we charge a flat fee rather than a commission.
We represent both buyers and sellers for a flat fee.
We charge a flat fee of $3,500 for our services.
As a buyer's agent we are paid by the seller for our services. The standard pay to a buyer's agent is 3% of the sales price. We think this is too much. Instead, we keep $3,500 and give the rest of the money to you. Last year, our buyers received an average refund of $5,700 from us.
